Meet Our Guides
Raymond
Raymond, born and raised in the vibrant Arusha Region of Northern Tanzania, proudly hails from a Maasai tribe. His journey to becoming one of the best guides on Mount Kilimanjaro is nothing short of inspiring. Starting his career as a porter, Raymond's dedication and passion for the mountains propelled him to the top.
With over 15 years of experience, Raymond has successfully led countless guests to the summit of Kilimanjaro, achieving over 120 summits. His expertise is backed by a diploma in Wildlife Management and rigorous training from KINAPA, making him a licensed Mountain Guide. Additionally, Raymond is a certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR), ensuring the highest standards of safety and care for all trekkers.

Barnabus
Born and raised in the Kilimanjaro region, right at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, Barnabas’s connection to this iconic mountain runs deep. His climbing journey began in 2006 as a porter, a role he embraced for three years before pursuing further education at Mweka Wildlife Management College. There, he gained invaluable knowledge about the flora and fauna of the region and completed both basic first aid and Wilderness First Aid Responder (WFR) courses.
In 2009, Barnabas attended a guiding training program conducted by Kilimanjaro National Park (KINAPA), where he excelled in his examinations and earned his license as a mountain guide. Since then, he has dedicated himself to guiding climbers up Kilimanjaro, becoming one of the best in the field.
With over 14 years of guiding experience and more than 100 successful summits, Barnabas brings unmatched expertise and passion to each expedition. His extensive knowledge and commitment to safety ensure an extraordinary and secure adventure for every climber.
